Our Client is seeking a creative, hands‑on, and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across web, social media, video, advertising, and brand development initiatives. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to own the digital marketing function and directly impact brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth within a dynamic industrial construction environment.

Key Responsibilities Digital Content & Video Production
  • Create compelling, high-quality video content that showcases large-scale construction projects and company capabilities
  • Capture professional photo and video footage at active project sites while adhering to safety protocols
  • Edit and produce engaging multimedia content for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Utilize modern content creation tools and AI technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity
Website & SEO Management
  • Manage and optimize the company website to ensure an engaging user experience and accurate representation of services
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and website performance
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions
Social Media & Brand Development
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create and publish consistent, engaging content that strengthens brand presence and audience engagement
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials
  • Build brand awareness through compelling storytelling and visual content
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and social media channels
  • Track campaign performance and use data-driven insights to maximize ROI
  • Support lead generation initiatives through targeted digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities
Business Development Support
  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and visual assets to support business development efforts
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting key audiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

    Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and AI tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications Required
