Job DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and profitable growth for assigned products and solutions. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager, Product Managers, and cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns, maintain marketing assets, and support go‑to‑market activities. It is ideal for a marketing professional looking to grow their experience in product marketing within a B2B environment, with opportunities for increased ownership over time.
HowYou Will Make An Impact Campaign & Content Management
- Support assigned product families by maintaining accurate and up-to‑date marketing content across channels.
- Assist with go‑to‑market activities for new product launches, including campaign execution and content development.
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns for both new and existing products.
- Review and coordinate social media posts, newsletters, articles, and other marketing content to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Travel as needed to support video and photography asset capture, customer visits, and select trade shows. Up to 20–25% travel.
Customer & Sales Support- Participate in customer insight and VOC activities to help inform marketing and product initiatives.
- Support sales teams and distribution partners by helping develop and maintain sales tools and field materials.
- Attend regional events as a brand representative alongside team members to gather feedback and support relationship building.
- Assist with trade show and event preparation, including coordinating materials, displays, and logistics.
- Support on‑site trade show execution as part of a broader team.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Help manage marketing collateral and ensure materials remain current and aligned with brand messaging.
- Support campaign timelines by coordinating tasks, assets, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage individual assignments while contributing to larger, team‑led projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Interest in learning technical product lines and translating features into customer‑focused messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or related field).
- 2–4 years of experience in a product‑based, B2B marketing environment (or equivalent experience).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
This role offers hands‑on experience in product marketing and exposure to product lifecycle management, campaign strategy, and customer insights. It is well‑suited for someone interested in developing toward advanced marketing or product‑focused roles over time.
