The position requires a strong understanding of the local industrial automation market, the ability to translate regional business needs into effective marketing programs, and the capability to leverage global marketing resources while adapting strategies and content to the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy and execution plan for the U.S. market, aligned with regional sales priorities and the company’s global marketing strategy.
  • Conduct market, industry, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging applications, and key market trends in industrial automation and robotics.
  • Work closely with the U.S. sales, channel, technical, and business development teams to define target industries, customer segments, value propositions, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters marketing team on global campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, digital marketing, public relations, and content development.
  • Localize global marketing strategies, messages, and content to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the U.S. market.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs, including industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, partner events, customer workshops, webinars, and targeted industry campaigns.
  • Develop and manage lead-generation and lead-nurturing programs, monitor lead quality and conversion, and work with sales teams to improve the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Support distributors, system integrators, OEM partners, and key accounts with joint marketing plans, co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and market development activities.
  • Develop locally relevant content, including customer success stories, application cases, industry insights, product communications, social media content, and PR materials.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, agencies, vendors, campaign timelines, and performance metrics to ensure effective resource allocation and measurable business impact.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, event ROI, brand exposure, and digital engagement.
  • Provide regular market insights, performance reports, and recommendations to regional management and the headquarters marketing team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technology, machinery, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in developing regional marketing strategies and independently managing integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. industrial market, customer landscape, channel ecosystem, and B2B buying process.
  • Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, events, partner marketing, and product launches.
  • Ability to work effectively across regional teams and global headquarters in a cross-cultural and matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect marketing activities with sales pipeline and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of balancing strategic planning with execution.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with distributors, system integrators, OEM customers, or key accounts.
  • Existing knowledge of the industrial robotics, collaborative robotics, machine vision, or factory automation market.
  • Experience working in a global company and collaborating with an overseas headquarters team.
