ABOUTTHE ROLE
A2Z The Agency is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to build smart campaign strategies, work in the data, and turn insights into meaningful results for clients.
This role is for a digital marketer who is ready for more ownership, more client exposure, and more room to shape how campaigns are planned, launched, optimized, and reported. You’ll work across a diverse mix of local, regional, and national clients, bringing variety to the work and real impact to the results.
The right person understands how digital campaigns perform, who to target, how to reach them, and how to adjust when results can be stronger. You should be comfortable overseeing campaigns from strategy through execution, including implementation, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and client communication.
A2Z uses digital advertising platforms with advanced audience targeting capabilities, including geography, behavior, audience intent, and cross‑channel engagement. Experience with these types of tools is a plus. More importantly, you should understand how to build a smart campaign, monitor performance, and make clear recommendations that improve results.
You’ll have autonomy to own campaign performance while being supported by the VP & Creative Director, creative team, project management support, and a collaborative internal team. As the team grows, you’ll also help guide a Marketing Coordinator who will support reporting, QA, coordination, and organic social and content execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop & Guide Campaign Strategies- Develop digital marketing and campaign strategies based on client goals, target audiences, budgets, and performance opportunities
- Recommend channel mix, targeting approaches, messaging considerations, and campaign structure
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans that can be launched, tracked, optimized, and reported on
- Oversee campaign setup, launch, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- Build and refine target audiences using available client, behavioral, geographic, retargeting, and lookalike audience data
- Ensure campaigns are built accurately across targeting, budgets, pacing, tracking, creative inputs, conversions, and reporting
- Work with digital advertising platforms that may include search, social, display, video, location‑based, and cross‑channel targeting tools
- Monitor performance and recommend adjustments to improve reach, relevance, efficiency, results, and ROI
- Review campaign data to understand what is working, what is not, and why
- Translate performance data into clear, practical recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Present updates, share insights, and recommend next steps based on performance
- Help clients understand how campaign decisions connect to their goals and outcomes
- Serve as a key contact for clients on campaign execution, performance, and ongoing marketing initiatives
- Help ensure paid media, PR, content, and broader marketing efforts are aligned and moving forward
- Collaborate with the creative team, project management support, and internal leadership to keep campaigns connected and consistent
- Help refine workflows, reporting, QA, and campaign processes as A2Z’s digital work grows
- As the team grows, help guide and mentor a Marketing Coordinator while reviewing work for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client goals
- Bring forward ideas and opportunities to strengthen campaign performance and client success
- 3–5 years of experience overseeing digital marketing or digital advertising campaigns, or equivalent hands‑on experience
