If you're looking for an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while making a real impact, Andis Company is looking for a Creative Operations & Digital Asset Intern to join our Marketing team, who can work anywhere between 20 and 40 hours during the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semester.

What You'll Do Organize & Manage Creative Assets- Help maintain and organize photos, videos, graphics, and marketing materials within our digital asset management system.
- Ensure assets are properly tagged, categorized, and easy for teams to find and use.
- Assist with graphic design production, image editing, content updates, and preparing assets for digital, social, email, and presentation use.
- Help maintain brand consistency across a variety of marketing materials.
- Support accessibility initiatives and creative workflows.
- Work closely with Marketing and Creative team members while gaining hands‑on experience with industry tools and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and user access to creative assets.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with team members.
- A willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and creative workflows.
- Experience with graphic design, content creation, photography, video editing, or digital asset management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Bynder, Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Exposure to accessibility standards, digital content organization, or marketing projects through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Gain meaningful, hands‑on experience with a global consumer brand.
- Build your portfolio while working on real marketing and creative projects.
- Learn from experienced marketing, creative, and content professionals.
- Develop skills in design production, digital asset management, accessibility, and creative operations.
