Sales Associate

We’re looking for new team members to join Fan Duel Sports Network, the nation’s largest provider of live local sports media. We’re the local media partner for 29 MLB, NHL, and NBA teams, producing and delivering over 3,000 live games and events every year. Our platform uses cutting‑edge streaming technology to let fans watch their teams the way they want, through direct‑to‑consumer streaming or major cable providers.

Sales Associate – full‑time, operation‑focused. The role supports Ad Sales teams and provides exposure to both linear and digital advertising. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Services, you will work closely with clients, senior industry executives, and a diverse range of internal teams.

• Manage and process client orders, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Traffic, Marketing, and Pricing & Inventory teams to execute post‑sale ad campaigns flawlessly across multiple platforms.
• Liaise with Ad Operations to implement creative assets, meet brand safety guidelines, and fulfill any advertiser‑specific requirements while ensuring compliance with internal Standards and Practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign or creative discrepancies through data reporting and cross‑functional communication.
• Work with Billing and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support accurate revenue recognition at campaign completion.
• Monitor and track campaign performance, report on impressions, and make real‑time adjustments to ensure full delivery and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with Activation Manager and Production on delivering sponsorship grids across your designated region to ensure alignment on activation deliverables and timelines.
• Partner with Account Executives and Activation Managers to fulfill daily client requests and support account needs.
• Develop a relationship with buyers and clients to help support their advertising investments.

• 0–2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong interest in learning sports advertising and marketing across linear and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other proprietary software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain working relationships.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work as a member of a team and individually.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask and work effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $24–$26 per hour. Final compensation will be determined by a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
