The campaign for Peter Burgelis is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to lead a competitive grassroots campaign for Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District.

The Campaign Manager will oversee day‑to‑day campaign operations, including field organizing, fundraising coordination, communications, scheduling, volunteer management, and political strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, politically savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily campaign operations and staff
• Coordinating field and voter contact efforts
• Assisting with fundraising and event execution
• Overseeing campaign messaging and communications
• Managing scheduling and political outreach
• Working closely with the candidate and senior advisors

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior campaign, political, nonprofit, or organizing experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Commitment to grassroots organizing and public service
• Wisconsin ties are a plus

This is a full‑time position based in southeastern Wisconsin with evening and weekend work expected.
