Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our vision is to build and seed sustainable civic infrastructure that centers young people, BIPOC communities, and working‑class voters, especially those historically excluded from political power. Through bold organizing, strategic civic engagement, and aligned electoral programming, this new formation will seek to build power, shape narrative, and drive measurable outcomes across elections and issue‑based campaigns.

We believe that long‑term political transformation in our country requires bold experimentation, strong operational alignment, and a willingness to invest in shared infrastructure while coordinating local efforts under a cohesive national strategy. By uniting state affiliates within a clearly defined set of political priorities, we can leverage the advantages of collective resources and coordination, even as each affiliate tailors its approach to meet the distinct needs of its community.

You’ll also support key administrative duties, assist with event logistics, attend team meetings, and help maintain the organization’s digital presence to amplify civic content.

This role is for someone energized by talking to new people, passionate about civic power, and eager to turn everyday community spaces into sites of democratic participation. The strongest candidates will be bold, persistent, and deeply committed to meeting young people where they are, at their doors, on their blocks, and at the events they love.

Key Responsibilities
