Shift: 6A-2:30P

Overview

Amergis is seeking an experienced RN to support a short-term rehabilitation unit within a county-operated long-term care environment. This role provides direct patient care, documentation, and clinical oversight in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within a short-term rehab setting
• Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and coordinate with the care team
• Complete documentation within the electronic charting system (ECS)
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe and effective care

Top Technical Skills Required

• ECS experience (facility EHR)

Minimum Qualifications

• Active RN license (WI or compact)
• Long-term care (LTC) experience required

Schedule & Ratios

• Shift: 6A-2:30P
• Hours: 40 hours/week (guaranteed)
• Unit Ratios:
  • RN:
    Up to 1:21
  • CNA: 1:6-7
