• Provide nursing care through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of residents’ plans of care.
• Adhere to standards of care and maintain the environment to ensure resident/patient safety.
• Supervise resident/patient care activity performed by nursing assistants.
• Follow Center policies and procedures.
• Perform duties defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.

• Licensed in the State as an LPN.
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
• Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.).
• Able to calculate drug dosage.
• Meets all health requirements imposed by law.
• Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other center staff.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company applications.

• On‑demand pay app, allows you to transfer a portion of your paycheck before payday. You can borrow up to 50% of the pay you generated from the prior day(s) shift. The amounts borrowed are deducted from your checks each pay period.
