As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll play a critical role in providing direct resident care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure residents’ physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policies
- Provide direct resident care, including vital signs, wound care, and daily assessments
- Document resident care accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members on care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Support residents’ emotional well-being and comfort
- Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently
- Attend in-service trainings and professional development opportunities
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Nursing Director or Administrator
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Compassionate and patient-centered
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as needed
- Dedication to providing high-quality resident care
