This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so we can match you to the right role when our partner facilities have needs.

• Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in any of: long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, hospital float pool
• IV certification a plus, not required
• Geriatric experience valued
• Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire
