Travel Medical-Surgical RN in Appleton, WI

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (5:30 PM start)
• Every weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract
• Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care on a medical/surgical unit with primary cases in med/surg and COVID, as well as experience with pre/post-cath, pacemaker, and TR Band management
• Float to areas throughout the facility and nearby locations within a 60-mile radius, according to your expertise
• Collaborate effectively with support staff (LPNs, CNAs) to maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6
• Utilize EPIC for all charting requirements

Qualifications:

• Active WI RN license and AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience, plus at least one completed travel RN contract
• Recent (within 1 year) hands-on EPIC charting experience
• Previous med/surg, pre/post cath, pacemaker, and TR Band experience required
