Freestanding Emergency Room Nurse – Florence, SC
We are hiring for nursing staff in our new Freestanding Emergency Room in Florence, SC. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, directing and leading assigned team members, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age‑appropriate care in accordance with nursing standards.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessment, develop nursing diagnoses, and identify outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate interventions while coordinating patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, ensuring patient privacy and professional conduct.
- Participate in shared governance, peer review, and professional development activities.
- Apply care management principles to improve patient outcomes and clinical priorities.
- Associate’s Degree and a minimum of one year of registered nurse experience.
- Active registered nurse licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.
- Emergency Room experience required.
- Up to $25,000 Student Loan Repayment for qualifying RNs.

- Mobility to navigate clinical environments efficiently.
- Compliance with infection control protocols and proper PPE use.
