Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to oversee on site medical services at the Waushara County Jail
. This full time position offers a unique opportunity to practice nursing with autonomy while guiding the day to day delivery of care in a structured correctional healthcare environment.
In this solo RN leadership role
, you will serve as the primary clinical authority at the facility, coordinating care, supporting patient needs, and ensuring quality medical services are delivered with professionalism and integrity.

Position Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of medical services within the facility
- Provide patient assessments, treatment, and medication management
- Maintain medical documentation and compliance standards
- Communicate with facility leadership and SHP regional medical staff
