Every day, donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicine. This role requires commitment to customer service and quality, and you will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. You will work under guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager) and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues.

You must be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry and provide center‑level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS) guidance.

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, AIDS education, confidential self‑exclusion, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and review of Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies, including development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for unacceptable findings or guidance on medical or technical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER, following EHS guidance.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations related to pandemic threats in the local community.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate‑level recognized nursing program with state requirements.
• Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned:
  Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Complete FDA‑approved training requirements for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
• At least two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Compensation and Benefits: U.S. hourly wage range $33.44 – $45.98.
