- Coordinate daily resident care services and oversee care plan implementation.
- Conduct and document resident assessments and ensure timely follow-up on health concerns.
- Assist with medication management and health monitoring in collaboration with nursing leadership.
- Supervise, train, and coach caregivers to ensure consistent, compassionate care delivery.
- Provide hands‑on support during shifts and help resolve day‑to‑day care concerns.
- Act as a resource and mentor to team members, promoting teamwork and positivity.
- Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Support wellness initiatives and partner with the Director of Wellness and other departments.
- Participate in care conferences and ensure that residents’ individual needs are heard and met.
- Ensure care delivery aligns with state regulations and community policies.
- Assist in audit preparation, documentation reviews, and ongoing compliance efforts.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through attentive care and open dialogue.
- Respond promptly to resident concerns, changes in condition, or emergency situations.
- CPR certification and working knowledge of infection control protocols.
- 1–2 years of nursing or senior care experience preferred.
- Previous experience supervising caregivers or direct care staff is a plus.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and care documentation.
- A heart for seniors and a passion for resident‑centered care.

Monday-Friday, Scheduling Oncall
Compensation
: $23hr - $28hr. Starting pay rate is based on years of experience.
