Moments Hospice is seeking an Admissions RN for a full-time role in Wisconsin. The position supports the admissions process, assesses hospice eligibility, and builds strong relationships with referral sources to ensure timely admissions and high-quality patient care.
The role includes a fleet car benefit and a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Ideal candidates hold a valid RN license, have 1–2 years of nursing experience, and demonstrate compassion and integrity.
