Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care with compassion and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, toileting, and dining
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
• Work collaboratively with all departments to provide quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Commitment to resident safety and quality care
• Ability to maintain regular attendance
• Completion of required continuing education (minimum 12 hours annually, or as required by state/federal regulations)
