Infusion - Registered Nurse

• As a Registered Nurse (RN), Home Infusion you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field.
• Receive continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI®).
• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients  homes.
• Use your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in recovering in the comfort of their own home.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician s plan of treatment.
• Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal customer service skills when interacting with patients, physicians, pharmacists and other partners.

• This is a full-time position with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule that can extend into the early evening at times.
• The flexibility to work an occasional Saturday is needed.
• On-call (100% telephonic) is not currently required.

• You will visit patients within approximately two hours of Appleton, WI.
• You will earn your hourly rate for both patient and drive time.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with current license in WI
• Minimum one year nursing experience
• Strong IV insertion skills with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid and current driver s license and auto insurance
• Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity
• Participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• CRNI certification is a plus, but not required

RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing

The typical pay range for this role is:

$29.10 - $62.32

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
