Moments Hospice is seeking an on-the-road Registered Nurse to provide after-hours hospice care. The role covers nights and weekends with a 7-on/7-off schedule, using a company car for sporadic home visits throughout Wisconsin.
The RN delivers comprehensive nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinates plans of care, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs. Bonus benefits include health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k).
