Theda Care is seeking an Ambulatory Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Appleton team. This 0.8 FTE role supports patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum under supervision of RNs, APPs, or physicians.
You will perform data collection, assist with care plans, document in the EHR, reinforce patient education, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Schedule is Monday–Friday, days, with no weekends or holidays.
