Moments Hospice in Wisconsin seeks a registered nurse to join our on-call team providing after-hours hospice care in patients' homes and communities. This full-time role covers nights and weekends on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule, with hours Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-8:30am;
Fri 5:00pm–Mon 8:30am, supporting triage and patient visits.
In addition to clinical duties, you'll coordinate with physicians, educate families, and ensure high-quality care while enjoying a generous benefits package
