Responsibilities include:- Supervising care, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Supporting fellow staff with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
- Valid RN license as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work with cutting-edge technology and adapt to a dynamic environment.
