Hourly Pay Range

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position

Clinical Coordinator, LDRP

  • Location: Highland Park Hospital
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40 hrs wk)
  • Hours: Night shift  and
  • Required Travel: N/A
What you will need
  • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL preferred.

  • Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing required from an accredited nursing school.

  • Certification: CPR Card BLS from the AHA

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an appropriate clinical setting required, proven leadership skills. Must have mother baby and labor and delivery experience

  • Skills: Leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

    Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to unit/specialty.

  • The Clinical Coordinator has accountability for the outcomes of care for patients in their specific clinical care area. The Coordinator guides and directs a group of nurse led patient care teams in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, preparing them for discharge to home or other level of care.
