Yard

At IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, our Yard Attendants enjoy working outdoors. They are detail-oriented, quick on their feet, and often have a passion for cars. While prioritizing safety, they understand the importance of efficient operations. As the frontline of IAA, this role involves learning new technologies and being at the forefront of the auction industry.

• Vehicle check-in: recording and filing vehicle information
• Thoroughly clean vehicles to enhance appearance and value
• Operate passenger vehicles safely within the facility
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items from vehicles
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct them appropriately
• Train in forklift and loader operation

High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs. and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must have an upbeat demeanor and teamwork skills. Mechanical knowledge or automotive repair experience is a plus.

• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; over 100 lbs occasionally
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
