Veterinary Technician Supervisor - Patient Care

Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will have advanced veterinary skills and be excellent at training and mentoring. They will excel in communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Consistently leads by example
• Passionate and patient coach and mentor to teammates
• Enjoys working as a team to provide excellent patient care

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution
• Provide feedback to leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans
• Other related duties as assigned
