Dellshire Resort – The Dellshire, a distinctive pre‑build property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. This medieval‑inspired, world‑class resort will open in Spring 2026. The Groundsperson role is responsible for maintaining the outdoor appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the resort grounds to ensure a welcoming and well‑maintained environment for guests and team members.

• Maintain resort grounds, landscaping, lawns, walkways, and exterior spaces to established standards.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, planting, watering, fertilizing, and general landscaping duties.
• Remove debris, litter, leaves, snow, and ice from outdoor areas, parking lots, and guest pathways.
• Assist with seasonal decorations, special projects, and property beautification initiatives.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Support preventative maintenance efforts related to exterior infrastructure, including fencing, signage, lighting, and outdoor furniture.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or property damage to leadership promptly.
• Assist Engineering team members with general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment storage.
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests and team members when working in public areas.

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and exterior maintenance practices.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining property appearance.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (if operating company vehicles or equipment).
