Certified Veterinary Technician - Dells Animal Hospital

Position Overview

Pet Vet Care Centers' Dells Animal Hospital is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to support hospital operations and deliver quality veterinary care.

• Determine animal requirements by conducting examinations, reviewing care plans, and completing diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient nursing care: vital sign monitoring, sample collection, medication and vaccine administration, wound bandaging.
• Assist during examinations and operations by assembling supplies, restraining patients, and supporting the veterinarian as directed.
• Maintain patient records and update the database accurately and promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of clinical areas, including instrument sterilization and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and verify receipts.
• Communicate patient status to owners and provide clear instructions.
• Follow oral and written directions and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Active Certified or Licensed Veterinary Technician.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.

Full Time, 4‑day work week with rotating Saturdays; schedule flexibility for shifts as needed.
