As a Landscaping Installation Crew Member, you will play a key role in creating and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces for clients, working alongside a talented and dedicated team.

• Perform landscape installation and enhancement tasks, including softscape work, following industry and company standards.
• Collaborate with crew members to execute project plans and achieve production goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite by adhering to safety and maintenance procedures.
• Accurately record expenses and crew hours worked.
• Prepare job sites and ensure thorough cleanup upon completion of projects.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation related to each job.
• Interact professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Experience installing a variety of landscape applications.
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, dingo, and trucks with trailers.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including occasional overtime.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience with a professional landscape company (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

$17 - $24 per hour
, based on experience and background.
