Lawn Care Technician​/Specialist

Overview

Naturescape of Appleton, WI is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. This is a career in lawn and landscape care with a family-owned business that values its team.

• Be the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes across the service area.
• Work typically 10-hour days, 4 days per week (variations due to weather and customer needs).
• Perform precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control on residential and commercial properties.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients, explaining benefits and services to keep clients informed and confident in the work performed.
• Adapt to seasonal workloads, including snow removal in winter, and pursue state pesticide certifications where required.
• Pursue personal development and learn through training and on-the-job coaching as part of a team that invests in employee growth.

• Valid driver s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn

• Starting wage: $20/hr
• Expected average: $20/hr - $27/hr
• Top earners: performance bonuses add substantial income
