Veterinary Service Specialist – Responsibilities
Telephone communications and client interaction, including education.
Collect payments and complete related documentation.
Computerized scheduling and data entry.
Assist with daily planning and communication with Companion Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) and Veterinary Doctors (DVMs).
Light cleaning of the workplace.
QualificationsMust have excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service. Must be dependable, prompt, and able to multi‑task. Must be able to lift 40 lb to assist clients with food orders, and able to stand for extended periods. Knowledge of veterinary medicine is helpful but not required. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
