This is a part-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Appleton, WI. Crew Members support lawn care and landscaping services, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and general grounds maintenance. Daily tasks may also include planting, mulching, leaf and debris removal, and assisting with seasonal services such as snow removal or cleanup. The role involves operating lawn equipment and tools safely, following instructions from crew leaders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Crew Members are expected to arrive on time, work effectively as part of a team, and interact respectfully with clients and coworkers.

• Ability to perform outdoor physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care or landscaping practices, or willingness to learn on the job.
• Comfort using hand tools and lawn equipment, with a focus on safety and proper operation.
• Reliable transportation to the Appleton, WI worksite and consistent availability for part-time scheduling.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work for every property serviced.
• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor is helpful but not required.
