Director of Quality

We are hiring a Director of Quality to lead and transform quality performance across a multi-site packaging manufacturing network.

This is a hands‑on, leadership‑first role focused on building a scalable, best‑in‑class quality function across labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons, and contract packaging operations.

You’ll step into an environment where there is strong opportunity to elevate systems, strengthen accountability, and drive a more proactive, data‑driven quality culture—supporting complex, high‑speed manufacturing operations with demanding customer expectations.

• Lead and execute the overall quality strategy across multiple manufacturing sites
• Own and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), including CAPA, audits, and compliance processes
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to reduce variation, scrap, and rework
• Drive data‑based root cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee customer quality performance, including escalations and corrective actions
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with applicable regulatory standards (including cGMP where applicable)
• Build, develop, and elevate a high‑performing quality team

• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in packaging, printing, or related manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in QMS, ISO standards, audit processes, and root cause methodologies
• Experience in regulated environments (cGMP preferred)
• Proven track record improving cost of quality, scrap, and process capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, raise performance standards, and drive accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (advanced certifications a plus)
