Screen Print Production Stager

This role supports the screen print production line by staging and managing the delivery of embroidery machine product and screen prints. The stager pulls orders from the staging area, prepares screens and product for the machines, updates job status, and maintains inventory accuracy using RF scanners.

2nd Shift, Monday – Thursday 3 pm – 12 am;
Friday 3 pm – 7 pm

• Interpret work orders and job aids for accurate execution.
• Pull orders from the staging area and place them by the machines to ensure sufficient inventory and screens.
• Use RF scanners to manage inventory and track orders.
• Coordinate with the production team so all orders and screens are updated and available.
• Assist with shipping as needed.
• Participate in training classes and actively pursue professional development.
• Help in other areas when required and when time allows.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience with quality control.

• Multi‑tasker capable of adapting quickly to changing situations.
• Fast, accurate processing of alphanumeric data.
