We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to lead our real estate operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of real estate transactions, guide and support sales teams, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your leadership will drive the success of our brokerage, foster strong client relationships, and promote a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

- Valid State of WI Real Estate License
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, lead management, and closing abilities.
- Team leadership capabilities such as coaching, performance management, and motivating a diverse sales team.
- Experience in residential real estate, homebuilding, or related industry, with knowledge of new home sales processes.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for working with buyers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and analytical skills to manage pipelines, sales reports, and forecasting while handling multiple projects.
- Comfort with CRM systems and basic digital tools for tracking leads, maintaining records, and supporting sales activities.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends or evenings as needed for showings, open houses, and community events.
- Preferred qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; prior experience as a sales supervisor, team lead, or manager.
