Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional hospitality, service, and care. We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Bistro Attendant/Barista & Bartender to join our Dining Services team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing quality food and beverages, providing warm customer service, and creating a welcoming social atmosphere for residents and guests.

• Prepare and serve high-quality food, coffee drinks, and beverages
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety and licensing regulations
• Handle cash and transactions accurately
• Maintain sanitation of hands, surfaces, tables, and equipment
• Keep the bistro safe, clean, and well-stocked
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Follow food safety, health regulations, and Touchmark standards
• Engage warmly with residents, families, and guests

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month)
• Bartending experience or alcohol service training preferred
• Hospitality, barista, or customer service experience a plus
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
• Professional, patient, and positive attitude
