As the Bartender, you will serve customers and provide great customer service by helping with food and beverage selections, presenting order choices, and maintaining a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
• Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting
• You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
• You have a valid Operator's License

• You have wine experience and/or certification
• You have one year bartending experience

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
