Host Ambassador

We are looking for passionate people who want to make a difference in the community by offering exceptional service and experiences with good food, great drinks, and memories.

We’ll host our customers and get them set up for an incredible experience. Host personnel welcome customers, place a card on file, identify age‑restricted beverages, and walk them through the tap wall process. Once seated, check in with the table and answer any questions they may have about the beverages or food.

Support the Taphouse Manager with maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility and restrooms. Provide feedback to the manager or owners about incidents, customer feedback, or employee communications. Also bus and dishwash barware between services, and support event setup in the dining areas.

You’ll play an active role in creating the taphouse atmosphere and assist with property transitions throughout the four seasons. You should have a hands‑on approach with the ability to learn and make sound judgements as it pertains to food safety and the wellbeing of the customer. If you’re also dedicated to tourism and elevating the dining experience, we’d like to meet you.

Your ultimate goal will be to ensure the facility is clean, fully stocked, presentable, and ready to create lasting memories around the table.

• Licensed bartender or willing to become licensed preferred, but not required.
• Problem‑solving aptitude.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide assistance to enhance the customer experience.

• Perform routine restroom cleaning and daily garbage removal and documentation.
• Perform weekly cleaning schedule for dispensary and kiosk.
• Thoroughly clean tables and floors throughout service.
• Report maintenance needs to management (including restrooms, lighting, POS system, furniture when needed).

This new business is located in the heart of Barron County just off of Highways 8 and 53 in Cameron, Wisconsin. We believe if you enjoy what you are doing, you will never work a day again.
