• Inform guests about special items for the day and menu changes, if any.
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate upselling methods.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Greet guests and present them with the menu when applicable.
• Process payment transactions.
• Clear and reset table settings and linens as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as required or directed by supervisor.
• Communicate with guests and provide assistance with questions.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Observe guests and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional service.
• Maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customers' tables when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed).
• Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining restaurant par stock levels and side station.
• Help other areas of the restaurant, such as answering telephones and seating guests.

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends with shifts ranging from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

• 2+ years of previous serving or bartending experience, preferred.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly rate for this position is $2.33 plus tips and gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by candidate experience, education, and work location.
