Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Summary

Greet guests with a smile and quickly and accurately take their orders and payments. Both inside and outside (Drive‑Up) positions are available. Handle phone orders or catering orders to help guests plan special events. Give out completed orders to guests by calling out numbers with a rhyme (e.g.,
-29, it's time to dine!). Prepare food to our high‑quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace. Cook food to order, such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more. Follow provided recipes and uphold Portillo’s standard. Ensure proper sanitation practices. Create eye‑catching, fresh, made‑to‑order salads while keeping the workspace clean.

• Pay rate: $15 per hour.
• Additional $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm.
• Additional $2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F.
