• Execute duties in your specific area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.)
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy and efficiency—no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Clear communication and quick comprehension of directions in a loud environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic food‑safety knowledge and practice training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law)
• Food service experience is preferred but not required
