• Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Working in a ventless kitchen environment, ensuring all safety and cleanliness protocols are followed.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation while also being able to work independently when needed.
• Managing time effectively to meet customer expectations during busy periods.
• Keeping your workstation organized and fully stocked.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Short Order Cook or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the ventless kitchen concept and its unique workflow.
• A strong sense of reliability and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
