Line Cook

Pay: $18-$24 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday | Off Monday and Tuesday

Pickle Factory is seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join its culinary team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality, and works well as part of a team.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation expectations

Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation

Ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently during service

Follow proper food handling, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures

Communicate effectively with the Chef, kitchen leadership, and other team members

Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing responsibilities

Maintain consistency in portioning, taste, presentation, and ticket times

Support other kitchen stations as needed

Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred

Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Dependable, punctual, and able to work the required Wednesday-Sunday schedule

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
