• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell.
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Greets guests and presents them with the menu when applicable.
• Process payment transactions.
• Clear and reset table settings and linens, as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Communicate with the guest and provide assistance with questions.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional requests.
• Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customer's table when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed).
• Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station.
• Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and seating guests.

This is a casual part‑time position working weekdays and weekends with shifts ranging from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm.

• Safe Serve Certified, as applicable.
• 2 years previous experience as a server, required.

The hourly range for this position is $4.50 – $6.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
