• Consistently create a welcoming environment as customers enter or exit the store.
• Immediately respond to customer inquiries and needs; proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience.
• Assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise.
• Use basic selling techniques to engage with the customer.
• Introduce current sales, promotions, credit card applications, and other brand initiatives to gain customer loyalty.
• Follow the Company’s Customer FIRST model (Friendly Greeting, Identifying Needs, Responding, Suggesting and Styling, and Thanking).
• Complete sales transactions and maintain proper accountability at registers.
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
• Speak positively about the brand, customers, and team members; demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction.
• Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations; assist in daily store recovery before, during, or after opening hours.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Share feedback and ideas with management to improve store processes.
• Adapt to a fast‑changing environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Provide support for all cross‑functional departments.
• Help set the tone and standards that drive customer satisfaction and enhance the brand’s market recognition.

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of retail sales experience; previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Energetic and charismatic.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with integrity and business maturity; interactions conducted without bias or prejudice.
• Ability to complete sales transactions in POS register system.
• Available for flexible schedule, including closing shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to spend up to 100 % of the working time standing and walking; lift and carry up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions; bend, stoop, reach, squat, kneel, push, pull, climb ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals.

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods.
• Ability to reach at or below shoulder level.
• Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
• For Stores & Distribution Centers:
  Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
