• Provide high‑level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with store policies and procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and product formulas.
• Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications when needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store equipment clean.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries.
• Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss available options with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve in‑store sales performance.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be capable of retrieving material from shelves and of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery.
• Previous experience selling paint or paint‑related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
