Retail Display Merchandiser - Madison WI Territory

Join the WK Kellogg team as a Full-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Madison Wisconsin territory. In this role, you will be responsible for our Woodsman account merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining our displays. You will report to our Area Sales Manager, with direct reporting to the Retail Sales Lead in your specific geographic territory.

• Build our brands – calling on assigned store(s) to deliver superior in‑store merchandising service, ensuring proper rotation, placement, and facing of our products to capture customers’ attention.
• Establish relationships – build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Maintain a can‑do attitude – build displays with excellence, requiring physical activity and occasional heavy lifting; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day; stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull.
• Candidate should reside within 20 miles of Madison, WI; mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above the shoulders repeatedly.
• Ability to visit assigned store(s) during shift.
• Use a personal vehicle.
• Two or fewer moving violations in the last 36 months.

Salary Range: $18.42 - $23.03 per hour. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, and local market conditions.
