Famous Footwear Sales Associate

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Positive communication with associates at all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion partnered with Store Sales Manager
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Effective teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height, using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
