Our success is dependent on guest recommendations to others, so we have high expectations for the guest experience. We work tirelessly in the tasting room and behind the scenes to make every guest moment memorable. Below are the attributes that contribute to that experience and who we are.
What You’ll DoWe’re all about creating awesome, personalized tasting experiences where you can really connect with guests and help them find wines they’ll love. You’ll get to bring our wines to life with cool stories and insider knowledge, naturally cluing people in on our wine clubs and upcoming events while keeping the vibe upbeat and welcoming all day. Whether you’re leading a tour of the winery and production facility or keeping things moving at the point of sale, the key is staying organized and attentive so every guest feels like a VIP.
WhatYou’ll Get

- (Ranges from $17-$22+ per hour)

- Position is heavy in weekend hours especially in the summer

What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a natural people‑person who brings a warm, positive, and engaging attitude to our team. While a genuine interest in wine is essential, no prior experience is required, as we are fully prepared to provide all necessary training. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly, feeling comfortable guiding conversations and offering thoughtful recommendations to guests.
You should be a reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced, sometimes crowded environment. Please note that all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Guide guests through tastings and help them discover new favorites
- Offer thoughtful suggestions based on guest preferences
- Create an experience that encourages guests to return
- Maintain clean and organized service areas
- Give tours of Winery and Production facility
- Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive environment
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors (seasonally)
- Thrive in lively, high‑volume environments
